Our working hours are from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Indian national holidays.

Yes, our transport partner can pick up your order at an address other than the shipping address. Kindly notify Sunita Shekhawat Client Service in advance.
When our teams receive your return, they perform quality control of each piece, which must be returned in flawless condition, with the security tags still attached to each piece. We only reimburse using the same payment method which was used to make the purchase. Please allow at least seven to ten working days for processing the refund post inspection of the physical piece.
